How Is HSB Academy Different?

We instill the HSB spirit (Hard Work, Sacrifice, and Believe) in all of our young athletes, encouraging them not only to pursue their own dreams and ambitions, but also to serve and give back to their local communities. What If I Am Just A Beginner?
HSB Academy is committed to training athletes of all ages and athletic abilities. Our staff is trained to accommodate all skill levels to ensure that every participant leaves each training session with a sense of accomplishment.
Do You Offer A Free Trial Session?
Yes! All participants are entitled to a free trial session in one of our group classes before purchasing a package. To take advantage of this offer, please create an account through our registration system, choose the class you would like to attend, and select the free trial option during checkout.
How Many Days A Week Should I Train?
At HSB Academy we recommend that every participant trains with our staff at least twice a week to ensure results.
Are Training Sessions Co-Ed?
All HSB Academy sessions are co-educational. We open our sessions to both boys and girls, as our main focus is on individual skill building and basketball development, not just playing games.
