Axiom & HSB Academy Team Up For World Class Hoops Facility

It’s been a five year journey, full of hard work, plenty of sacrifice and a whole lot of believing, but last Friday former hoop standout Carson Sofro took to social media to share the news.  The Co-Founder and Director of one of the countries fastest growing youth basketball initiatives announced via Instagram his NBA sized dream of opening a world class training and competition venue in Idaho’s Treasure Valley had finally become a reality.  Posting a full sized color rendering of the facilities brand new center court, Sofro revealed renovations on the 7,500 square foot space are well underway with operations scheduled to begin in early October of this year.

“We are beyond excited about the opportunities this partnership will provide not only for our kids but for the local community,” shared Sofro.  “Axiom and its management team really stepped up and made this whole thing possible.”

Capable of accommodating indoor athletic training, camps, leagues, as well as tournaments, HSB Academy Court as it has been called will fill a unique void throughout the valley, while also making a significant financial impact on the local and regional economy.

A place to play, learn and grow, HSB Academy Court will be the official home of HSBCAMPS, HSB Academy, and the all new TV80, the Treasure Valley’s only premier youth basketball league.  Additionally rental space has been made available to outside groups with much of it already spoken for on multi-year leases.

Facility features include a full sized NBA stadium court with shot clocks, two middle school sized practice courts and some of the industries top coaches and instructors.  With an attached fitness center, high end locker rooms and other available amenities, the overall complex has already become an attractive destination for groups not only throughout the country but around the world.

“We have been getting calls and inquiries from literally all over the world,” added Sofro.  “Professionally affiliated organizations all the way to clubs and youth teams from Asia and Central America.  The response has been truly remarkable.”

Beyond Axiom, HSB Academy and its team would like to acknowledge the following corporate sponsors who have stepped up to answer the call.  Those include bodybuilding.com, Gyro Shack, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, PC Maintenance, Goodwood BBQ, Powerade, Swire Coca-Cola, Terra West, A Higher Plane, and McAlvain Construction.
